Because every replica is entirely bespoke — meticulously handcrafted specifically for you based on your pet’s photographs and unique characteristics — custom orders are final sale. Due to the highly personalized nature of this process, orders cannot be refunded or cancelled once production has begun.
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Order Cancellation (Before Production)
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, and the material preparation process has not yet begun, we will issue a full refund. Please email us immediately at chenjingyi6661@outlook.com.
Damages & Defects
If your replica arrives damaged in transit, or if there is a clear structural defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will work closely with you to arrange a repair or replacement to ensure the issue is properly resolved.
Handcrafted Likeness
Our plush replicas are artistic recreations crafted in fabric, rather than exact photographic copies. While our team goes to great lengths to capture the unique spirit and defining features of your pet, 100% exact likeness cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of handmade artistry. Every piece undergoes a strict quality review before dispatch to ensure it meets our brand standards.
